Ioana Puscas has a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Central European University and International History and Politics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. She is a Research Officer at the Centre for the Geopolitics of Globalization and Transnational Security at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy. Her research is mainly on state failure and governance of emerging technologies.
