Nabil Noyelle
Nabil Noyelle is a PhD student at Sorbonne University. His first book, dealing with the American foreign policy, will be published on October 2012. As an active member of the Euro-Arab forum in Paris, he often lectures or comments on political, military or strategic issues in the Middle East and in the Arab world.
