Julia Packman is a graduate student in the Security Policy Studies program at George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs. Prior to graduate school, Julia received her Bachelor's degree in 2018 from Connecticut College and then spent three years working in the child abuse unit and the special victims bureau at a New York City prosecutor's office.
