William Coffin is a Joint Intelligence Planner in the Department of Defense, working on integrating intelligence into plans, orders, and operations. From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a Joint Intelligence Planner at United States European Command in Stuttgart, Germany. Before becoming a planner, William served as an All-Source Intelligence Officer in the United States Army. In that capacity, he served on battalion, brigade, and operational staff in the United States, Afghanistan, and Europe. William Coffin is a graduate student at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University, where Mr. Coffin specializes in Security Policy Studies with a focus on national security. He graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Political Science.
