Simone Pasquazzi is a research analyst with Country Risk Solutions, a Strategic Analyst at BIGTRES Network, and a Visiting Fellow at the Italian Institute of Strategic Studies ‘Niccolò Machiavelli’. He has been a Lecturer in International Relations at LUISS and a Visiting PhD Candidate at the Amsterdam Institute for Social Science Research. A former intelligence analyst for energy companies, he has published extensively on international affairs, geopolitics and security. He received a PhD in Political Science from the University of Bologna, an MA from the Center for Higher Defense Studies, a Graduate Certificate in International Politics from St. John’s University and a BA in Political Science from the University of RomaTre.
