Anneka Lupinek studies Economics and Philosophy at the University of Florida. She is a Hoover Institution Research Scholar focused on postwar U.S.-Spanish relations and a former copy editor at the American Institute for Economic Research. Anneka also writes on technology regulation, international economics, and public policy.
