Carl Ciovacco
Carl Ciovacco graduated from West Point and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government with a Masters in Public Policy. His thesis focused on Al Qaeda’s media strategy and his policy area of concentration was International Security and Political Economy. He has served as a military officer in Iraq and Saudi Arabia.
