Charlotte Rose pursued her BA at Tufts University, during which time she worked at British Parliament and at the Embassy of the United States in London. After graduating from Tufts, Charlotte returned to London to pursue her MSc in International Public Policy from University College London and went on to work in public affairs for renewable energy and sustainability clients. Since returning to the U.S., Charlotte has been writing on Environmental and Energy Security, including for the Center for Climate and Security and for the Environmental Protection Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office. She is working on Environmental and Energy Security with the American Security Project.
