Dinusha Panditaratne is an Assistant Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and Executive Director of the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKI) in Sri Lanka. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Oxford University and her doctorate from Yale Law School in 2013, where she focused on UN treaty bodies and human rights.
