Fuad Suleiman
Dr. Fuad Suleiman received his Doctorate in International Law from the Fletcher School, in addition to a degree in Government from Boston University. He has taught at Boston University, Northeastern University, Chapman College, Central State University in Ohio, and St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Dr. Suleiman has spent about twenty-five years in international development, working on projects financed by the U.S. government.
