Jonathan Jackson has been working within teaching and learning for 11 years at a number of institutions and providers. His academic studies began at Northumbria University, where he graduated with both a BSc in Criminology and MSc Homeland Security. Prior to taking on a role at Birmingham City University, Jonathan's previous experience involved working in custodial environments before making the transition into mainstream education.
