Julia Davatzes is a graduate of the University of Virginia and a current masters student at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. She is a disaster management and humanitarian assistance professional. She currently works for the Refugee and Forced Displacement Initiative at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
