Matt Jordan teaches media studies, cultural studies, film studies and critical theory. He is the author of 'Le Jazz: Jazz and French Cultural Identity,' numerous articles and book chapters, and is a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post. He is co-director of the Social Thought Program, and an affiliated faculty with the Center for Democratic Deliberation. He is currently a North American representative to the Board of the Association for Cultural Studies. Before joining the faculty at Penn State, he taught at the University of Louisville.
