Dr. Myung-Gun Choo is a distinguished Korean scholar and educator with a profound impact on academia and public policy. To name a few, his career includes serving as an instructor at the Air Force Academy, lecturer at Yonsei University, and professor at Sejong University. Furthermore, Dr. Choo’s scholarly contributions extend to over 50 academic papers published in esteemed journals. Notable recent papers include Korea’s Survival Strategy in the 21st Century: UN City Project (2020) and Building the World’s Peace Capital and Korea’s Survival Strategy (2016). Dr. Choo also established the Sejong Institution and Water Economics Research Institute, through which he has presented numerous national strategies. Dr. Choo holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of San Francisco, an M.A. in Economics from Syracuse University, and a Ph.D. in Business Economics from the University of Massachusetts.
