Naja Later researches and teaches at the University of Melbourne and Swinburne. She has a PhD on 21st-Century American horror movies and their relationship to terror culture. She has published research on superheroes, monsters, and transmedia storytelling. She is a co-founder of the All Star Women's Comic Book Club, and an awarded public speaker.
