Raluca Besliu is a journalist focused on women’s and children’s rights, refugee and human rights issues, peace and post-conflict reconstruction. She has published multiple articles on all of these topics in outlets including Digital Journal and Politics in Spires. Raluca graduated from the University of Oxford with an MSc in Refugees and Forced Migration after studying international affairs at Vassar College.
