Roy Chun Lee is currently the Deputy Minister, of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Previously, he served for 10 years as the Senior Deputy Director, Taiwan WTO and RTA Center, Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research, Republic of China (Taiwan).
