Shreya Lad is a second-year Master’s candidate in International Affairs at George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs, where she focuses on international security and emerging technology including cyberspace and space policy. She currently interns with the Defense Strategy and Planning Program at the Stimson Center in Washington, DC.
