Slavisha Batko Milacic lives in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. Slavisha graduated with a degree in history from the University of Montenegro. His graduate thesis was 'Foreign Policy of Russia from 1905 to 1917'. Slavisha has written about the situation in the Balkans and Europe and he has participated in several seminars for young journalists, organized in the Balkans.
