Steven Kuo
Steven Kuo is a postdoctoral research fellow of the Political Studies Department, University of the Western Cape, South Africa. He is also a member of the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies, School of International Relations, University of St. Andrews, Scotland. He specializes in political risk in Africa, China's African security policy and South African foreign policy.
