Tan Teck Boon is a research fellow at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He received his Ph.D. from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore in 2013. His research focus covers smart/disruptive/emerging technologies and non-traditional security issues.
