Tom Arcaro is a professor of sociology and director of Project Pericles at Elon University. There he founded the Periclean Scholars program in 2003 and has been working on and studying about development issues for nearly two decades. His most recent publication is Aid Worker Voices which presents results from a large-scale survey of aid and development workers around the world.
