Zach Scott is currently a Grants Specialist at Rockefeller Foundation. He has a BA from Indiana University and an MA from Georgetown's School of Foreign Service. He has worked at a variety of nonprofit organizations and academic institutions. His writing has appeared in U.S. News and World Report and Foreign Policy Association. He is the co-author of a chapter on the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) Doctrine 'The Darfur Civil War and the Consequences of the Responsibility to Protect'. He lives in New York.
