Ang Len holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Australian National University and a certificate for Professional Leadership Training and Research from the George Mason University. He is interested in politics and development research with a focus on Cambodian youth and political participation, water, sanitation, and hygiene governance, decentralization and deconcentration reform, democratic development and election reform, development aid, natural resource governance, anti-corruption, and public service delivery.
