Brian G. Karamuka is a graduate student at the Institute of World Politics (IWP). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Brian has worked with several organizations in the DC area, focusing on U.S.-Africa relations, great power competition in Africa, as well as security and governance issues on the continent. He is originally from Rwanda and has spent time on the continent working with different institutions.
