Emilio T. González is a retired intelligence officer. He has served in senior positions in the U.S. Army, National Security Council and the Department of Homeland Security. He holds a PhD in International Studies from the University of Miami, Master’s degrees from Tulane University and the U.S. Naval War College and a BA in International Studies from the University of South Florida. He is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Advisory Board Member of the Vandenberg Coalition and Senior Fellow at America First Policy Institute.
