Hossein Aghaie is a PhD Candidate in the Department of International Relations, Dokuz Eylül University, Turkey. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Linköping University, Sweden. He also serves as a contributing editor in the peer-reviewed journal Asian Politics and Policy. His research interests are mostly in the areas of security studies with a major focus on the international relations of the Middle East, namely Iran-Turkey-Russia relations.
