Kevin Fay is a graduate student at the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs pursuing an M.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in International Security. He is a recent graduate from the University of New Haven, receiving a degree in National Security with a concentration in Intelligence Analysis. His academic work focuses on energy, international security, and diplomacy. His current project analyzes how U.S. liquid natural gas could benefit Ukrainian energy security. He is currently seeking proficiency in French. He is originally from New Jersey.
