Matthew Ribar is a student in the College of William and Mary–University of St Andrews Joint Degree Programme, currently based in St Andrews, Scotland. He is also an analyst for the St Andrews Foreign Affairs Review, as well as a former research assistant for the Teaching, Research, and International Policy (TRIP) Project.
