Tamar Lerner, originally from St. Louis, is a senior studying International Relations at Indiana University. Her interests include diplomacy, particularly, the Israeli peace process. Tamar is currently studying in Berlin for a semester where she is expanding her perspectives on functioning democracies and international politics.
