Yarine Fawaz received her PhD in Economics from the Paris School of Economics (PSE) in the fall of 2011, and was a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute for the academic year 2011/2012. On leave from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, she is currently a Research fellow at CEMFI, where she is in charge of the implementation of the Survey of Health, Ageing, and Retirement in Europe (SHARE) in Spain as part of the Spanish country team.
