Dr. Ioannis Chapsos is the Course Director of CTPSR’s MA in Maritime Security and a researcher who seeks to better understand the interrelation and interconnection between conceptual approaches to maritime security, the challenges and threats in the maritime domain and look at ways in which Maritime Security can be enhanced through a specific focus on governance and capacity-building.
