Dr. Karim Fathi is a consultant, lecturer, and researcher of multidisciplinary Conflict Analysis and Resilience Management in residence at the Europe-University Frankfurt (Oder). Moreover, he is engaged with various organizations and companies as a facilitator and consultant, such as the GRUNDIG ACADEMY, Nuremberg, or the Academy for Empathy, Berlin.
