Marc Serber is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a Master's in International Public Policy. A former international sports broadcaster and journalist, Serber continues to write on a freelance basis covering topics such as climate change, workforce development, and international policy.
