Dr. Poornima Luthra (she/her) is Senior Faculty, Principal Lecturer of People, Culture and Inclusion at Imperial Business School. She is also external faculty at the Copenhagen Business School and a recognized author, keynote speaker, business consultant, and leading practitioner-academic in the field of talent management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
