Shweta Parthasarathy is a sophomore at Seton Hall University majoring in Diplomacy and International Relations with a minor in Arabic, where she is also part of the university’s Honors Program and the Buccino Leadership Institute’s Diplomacy Cohort. Shweta currently serves as the Opinion Editor for The Diplomatic Envoy, Seton Hall’s foreign affairs newspaper. She is also the co-founder and co-president of Girl Up Seton Hall, a chapter of an international UN Foundation initiative, for which she previously interned. Shweta’s primary interests include international law, human rights, the impact of conflict on civilian populations, and intersectionality in international relations.
