Prof. Dr. Jeton Kelmendi is a member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Europe and President of IWA Bogdani–Belgium. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations at several European universities. In 2025, he conducted a European Parliament fact-finding mission to Asunción, Paraguay, alongside diplomats and investigative journalists from Washington and Brussels. He has received honorary doctorates from universities in Romania, the United States, Paraguay, and Argentina, and has been awarded more than eighty international honors by institutions across Europe and Eurasia.
