Olivia Smith is a first year graduate student at the Elliott School of International Affairs, concentrating in Development and Global Environment and Energy Policy. She graduated with a BA in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington in 2015. Olivia’s research focuses on water and food security in developing countries.
